We love this little kitchen tool Very easy to use Blades are very sharp so not much pressure needed to use. They peel very finely so very little waste. Love the peeler for carrots. Takes getting used too. Need to hold it upright so peeled parts don't slide back up and get in your way. Also the blade could have been a bit more sharper and better. We need version 2.0 of this item with better and sharper blade. The peeling process should be easier and not a struggle
