A: Nope, don't think so.  It would have BL splashed all over it of it was

**Q: What is the difference between this and dwr100z?**
A: The difference is this one exists and the other is not a valid part number.

**Q: will this item have a tool bag**
A: No, this item does not come with a tool bag.

**Q: Can you crack bolts with it like with normal ratchet?**
A: If you mean has it enough power to undo tight bolts I would say, not really. If you mean can you use it like a ratchet (manual , no power) to get things started, then yes but I wouldn't go using it to remove car wheel nuts, it's not really that heavy duty.

It's torque figure is quite low. It's mainly for getting nuts and bolts in and out quickly and in quite awkward to get at places.

I think the torque is 45, something to crack nuts has several 100.

TD172D impact driver for driving screws would be my choice

A proper nut cracker would be something like the DTW1002Z see less
