The dog gave me a weird look, but she was O.K. with it. *by M***K on 22 October 2023* I bought two, one for the owner - it's part of their Christmas present and one for myself so I could have a momemeto. I even had enough material left over to make a really small one for someone else who really loves the dog too. There is a nice surface on the back and I plan on using that to put a poem on the back so when the ornament turns on the tree, there will be something to see on the backside and I think the owner will appreciate it as it is a synopsis of the dog's life with the owner. It is so lightweight that it goes well anywhere one wants to hang it. It was easy to make and turned out lovely. I wasn't crazy about the ribbon enclosed; however, I'm using my own and the one for my friend can be in the color they like. Mine can be in the color I like or I can just use fish line and it will look like it's floating.
