    it is probably a good product but i have been having an issue with my tailbone and this seems to have had an adverse effect and put pressure where i didn't want haven't used it since bought it.it should be mentioned that i much later found out that this product will help you relieve pressure directly beneath you but if you have an issue with your coccyx you may run into issues as it puts pressure there is while you can adjust it, it will not really help you all that much in a moving vehicle.the product works in most situations, there are just some situations where it won't be as effective or helpful.

    Product is as described, and does what it claims.  However, I had been having pain in the area of my right 'sitting bone', so I purchased it, hoping it would provide some relief for a long drive cross-country,  Unfortunately, regardless of the amount of air in the cushion, it didn't seem to help with my problem. I do see how it might be beneficial for other conditions.

    This product made a 9hour international flight a lot more comfortable as a result of me injuring my "tail bone" the week prior. It works just as described -- variable air pressure easily adjusts and when done, folds into a small state for convenient packing into a briefcase or carry-on bag
