Review: Easily installed light weight durable shower head set. - I got my new HammerHead shower head set yesterday. It came a day earlier than expected which was a plus. I installed it today and it works great. I have pictured the unboxing of it because I was really impressed on how well it was boxed up. Each piece is individually wrapped and then boxed as well. I am sure the company did this to keep the parts from getting damaged. I have also included a picture of a blue cap which is on the the holder of the shower head. To get that cap off just turn it counter clockwise. I also included the finished product installed. Excuse the extra plumbers tape at the top, I went a little over board. Lol! By the way it comes with the tape so you don't have to buy any, which is a plus too. The shower headset is all metal like the description says, so hopefully it last longer then the plastic one I had installed previously. It is made in China but hopefully the USA engineering and quality control make up for that fact. It is a nice shower head and it is very light weight. I got the brushed nickel because my previous one was stainless and it showed up a lot of water stains and such. I have found brushed nickel doesn't do that. The install was real simple just follow the instructions. The only thing about the instructions that I found not useful was the part about putting the washers in the mount and hose ends. I found there were already washers pre-installed. I guess the two that come with the kit are extras for when one wears out. This shower set is really easy to install you don't need a plumber to do it. The shower head puts out good pressure better than my previous head. I left the water restrictor plate in it for now and it seems enough water flow for me. I look forward to many years of use with this showerhead. I will update as needed this review.

**Q: Would this be good for a home with low water pressure?**
A: Absolutely! Our special shower nozzles pressurize water for a boost, and top-grade Neoperl flow regulators ensure consistent flow, even in low pressure. Most flow restrictors will give even less flow than the stated rate if you have low pressure.

**Q: Where is the flow restrictor located?**
A: The flow restrictor is located behind the screened washer inside of the shower head holder. The 2.5 GPM flow regulator is green and the 1.75 GPM flow regulator is blue.

**Q: Does the shower head angle down?**
A: Yes, the shower holder can be adjusted up to 23 degrees to get the shower head spray into the center of your shower.

**Q: Does this ship to California?**
A: The 2.5 GPM version is not California-compliant, so it does not ship to California. If you need a California-compliant option, please choose the 1.75GPM version, which has the CEC certification.

**Q: Do you need any plumbing experience for the installation?**
A: No, there’s no plumbing experience needed to install our product. Every box comes with everything you need plus a detailed instructions manual.

I got my new HammerHead shower head set yesterday. It came a day earlier than expected which was a plus. I installed it today and it works great. I have pictured the unboxing of it because I was really impressed on how well it was boxed up. Each piece is individually wrapped and then boxed as well. I am sure the company did this to keep the parts from getting damaged. I have also included a picture of a blue cap which is on the the holder of the shower head. To get that cap off just turn it counter clockwise. I also included the finished product installed. Excuse the extra plumbers tape at the top, I went a little over board. Lol! By the way it comes with the tape so you don't have to buy any, which is a plus too. The shower headset is all metal like the description says, so hopefully it last longer then the plastic one I had installed previously. It is made in China but hopefully the USA engineering and quality control make up for that fact. It is a nice shower head and it is very light weight. I got the brushed nickel because my previous one was stainless and it showed up a lot of water stains and such. I have found brushed nickel doesn't do that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality and an easy quick install

So far so good it is well-made, heavy duty, all metal and they made it easy to install without making a mistake. They put a plastic protective part placed around the ends where the screw threads are so it doesn’t get damaged during shipping and they are labeled which end you’re supposed to put the shower head on- it makes a big difference. They even included the teflon tape! I live in California, so with what we are allowed to have gallons per minute isn’t much but the shower was way better than the cheap unwieldy plastic shower head that came with the house when I bought it. I actually like the style, it goes with my mid century not a lot of frills house.
