A: Yes they do. They are in 3 blister packs of 10 tablets in each.

**Q: Do these contain lactose?**
A: Yes, lactose monohydrate

**Q: How many hours after taking these does drowsiness begin?**
A: It will probably take around 20 mins to enter your bloodstream and side-effects may occur then. It may take up to an hour in some people. Drowsiness from a single dose may last as long  as 24 hours. Cetirizine is a 'non-drowsy antihistamine' meaning it is less likely to cause drowsiness than some other anti-histamines. A short answer to your question would be less than 1 hour.

These are priced really well and they work. I take them for histamine intolerance and sensitivity to moulds in the air. I take 5mg, 2x p/day when needed and I don't experience drowsiness with split dosing like this. They have unwanted fillers e.g. talc and titanium dioxide, which is why I've dropped one star for the review. However I tolerate these much better than Sainsbury's own brand, so I'm having to stay with this Relon Chem brand.
