The first time I ordered two packs of twelve, and then I ordered an additional single pack of twelve. My first order was perfect. All 24 sign holders were intact and undamaged, and they do a great job of displaying my signs. I needed an additional dozen, and ordered at a later date. Unfortunately of those twelve, nine were damaged (cracked or chipped) at the base. If this damage didn't occur in the second order, I'd give them five stars. Amazon will be replacing this second order at no cost - one of the things I love about Amazon!
