I have been looking for the right sling pack for weeks. I have looked at ones costing over $100, U.S. made ones, etc., hoping to find the perfect solution for my needs. I usually use a small backpack for travel that combines days of hiking and sightseeing. Meh. I needed a pack that was:1. Flat enough to be able to use over my shoulder for going into a cafe or pub for coffee or lunch or even an informal dinner without benefit of returning to hotel to get changed.2. Expandable enough to hold water bottle, guide book, Panasonic FZ200 camera, small jacket, umbrella, etc. for days on the trail or around sights.3. Neutral enough not to scream a brand or say rugged.4. Practical enough to hold a water bottle in a dedicated mesh pocket that won't catch on things.5. Padded enough on the shoulder strap and back.6. Water repellent.7. Has several practically sized zipped pockets.Well, for $20.99, I have gotten them all. I would gladly have paid 5 times the price for this to be U.S. made.Assuming the pack holds up, which it surely appears it will, I am delighted. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's been to Machu Picchu and Back *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2017* Bought this for a two week excursion to Peru, and this bag performed phenomenally. In and out of trains, planes, and automobiles, I used this to carry valuables, bottled water, snacks, fold-up walking sticks, and other essentials, up and down through the ruins of Peru, and the streets of the big city of Lima. It isn't too big, or too small, and can be slung over one shoulder or worn cross-body in front or back. It cleans up nicely and is very durable.I was able to fit a Galaxy Tab A in this bag, along with a larger Logitech bluetooth keyboard. It would probably accommodate a smaller 13" laptop or notepad. Most Tablets should not be a problem.This is without a doubt my new favorite carry bag. Highly recommended, and the folks at Unigear have been great. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good sling for the money *by R***Y on Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2018* Pros: One of the larger sling bags out there, middle pocket has organizational elements, has a small strap pocket and 2-way zippers.Cons: Water bottle pocket is only sized for 500mL or other slimline bottles, the strap pocket is too small to be of much use. The zippers look like they won't last long.I chose this for a 'get home' bag. The fabric and stitching does not inspire confidence in a long lifetime, but time will tell. The small water bottle pocket is the closest thing to a deal breaker for me, and I'm still searching for a suitable stainless steel water bottle that will fit. The back mesh is thin and for whatever reason, the strap pocket has mesh on it as well.I also have an issue with the seller. I received two emails from them requesting a review. Nothing unusual there. However, the subject lines were misleading: "...Easy Tricks For Your Unigear Shoulder Chest Crossbody Sling Bag" and "...Please Confirm Your Amazon Purchase of Sling Bag".
