The drawing on the description do not show these dimensions.** A: Either 5-40 or 4-40 screw hard for me to measure , 1/4" width **Q: Are two sides of each position connected?** A: yes. each row is 2 connected screws, there are 12 rows, the rows themselves are not natively connected (that's what the forked attachments do-is connect all the rows together) otherwise there's a small barrier wall between each row. **Q: What size wire can i land on these terminals? what awg?** A: I have used terminal connectors both spade and circle from 12 gauge wire thru 24 gauge as long as the spade will fit between the isolation ridges. Without the terminal connector 20 gauge may be the max awg wire. **Q: What holds the plastic cover on?
