I liked the thicker consistency of the former bottle I had, it almost makes me wonder if they have two different versions of this or something. Regardless, it still TASTES AWESOME, it's my favorite sauce on scrambled eggs, and I will absolutely continue to buy this; if you like scrambled eggs and hot sauce, you HAVE to try this sauce, it's EXCELLENT.
