We used our Roku to watch Netflix for 3-4 hours/night, Music on Pandora pretty much all day, video chatting with family/friends, uploading YouTube videos, and general social media surfing for a week. We used about 1.5 of the 40 Gb plans, so a cost of about $75.00. Everything worked great! Of course it depends on getting a good T-Mobile signal, so I have bookmarked the T-Mobile coverage map on my smartphone. The Simple Mobile app is very easy to use to purchase data plans and shows your usage in real-time. Now it’s been four months and we’ve turned on auto pay to have ourselves billed monthly for usage but the product no longer works. We’ve called the company multiple times and they tell us it’s fixed every time. It never is. No internet. We are now paying for something that does not work. The company is at a loss on why it wont work and are just taking money at this point. Our return to Amazon window has closed and so we can’t return it.
