The sticker the product comes with is currently decorating the closed fold of my laptop and is just as cute as the mug. Also, the educational aspect of it - the origin of the coffee bean - was the coolest piece of information I've come across. :-) So far as how well it keeps the temperature of the liquid, a hair more than the average Wal-Mart travel mug you can get. I feel like a Viking! It leaked a tiny bit with carbonated beverages in it, but just a couple of teeny drops, so I don't anticipate any further issues later. I would have given this five stars, except that the clips for the strap can be a little challenging. The strap has to be removed in order to use the sleeve and set the mug down on a table standing up. But the clasps are a little wimpy (I'm a bit worried they'll break eventually) and challenging to use (especially if you have any trouble with fine motor skills). I'm considering replacing the clips to make this easier.
