Having moved from a two wheeled walker (required initially by my surgeon) to this, it’s like going from driving a Ford to driving a Bentley. It arrived without delay and was simple to assemble. After 5 weeks, my husband accidentally pulled on the locking brake too hard and it broke. The company was very responsive, sent a replacement brake quickly and also provided a video for how to install that part.
