I used it for cream cheese frosting and works great with that....and I mixed both the colours.....it's given me best ranges of pinks, colour mixing is also great. I also baked the cakes with mixing these two colours for two different shades of pinks....i got exactly what I expected the colours of my cake layers to be....and most importantly there were no extra taste and smell interference from these colours.
