It was about a 1000' elevation gain in 1 mile. I had developed blisters on both my heels early on, despite using moleskin. I then tried using a combination of solutions including band aids, duct tape, 2nd skin, and hypafix tape, but eventually the tape would just come right off. Later in my 2 week stint, someone gave me some Spartan Tape to use. I was relieved to have found a tape that could protect my blisters. I used it in conjunction with some dressing to keep my already raw blisters from getting worse. It worked great and allowed me to continue without the nagging rubbing and pain. I have sweaty feet, but with proper preparation, the Spartan Tape didn't come off during 8-10 hours of working, per day! Review: I bought this for my fiance, he works outside, the most it comes up is a corner, some little strings around the edges after a few days, i do cut it to make the Y shape where it needs to be. It doesn't come off even in the shower, he washes right over it and it stays on for days , he tried ripping it off the first time he used it and it took skin lol. Do not yank it off without somehow reducing the stickiness! ## Features - ✅ SPEED UP YOUR RECOVERY - Recover faster due to increased kinesio blood circulation and reduced inflammation. The tape was also suggested by the medical professional with whom I worked. I know that I do not understand all of the science behind the tape but it made a HUGE difference in consistent pain relief when used in conjunction with daily stretching!!! I swear by it! But you have to stretch, too!! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/289211053-kinesiology-tape-incredible-support-for-athletic-sports-and-recovery-free](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/289211053-kinesiology-tape-incredible-support-for-athletic-sports-and-recovery-free) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
