## Description

Tds stand for TOTAL dissolved solids, which includes salt, metal or mineral in the water. A tds meter is an easy to use hand-held digital meter to instantly check your overall water quality. It allows you to stay on top of your drinking water quality at all times! with the push of a button, the tds meter can tell you your overall water purity level, which will be displayed on the screen measured in parts per million (ppm). the lower the number showing on the tds meter means the purer the water quality, with 0 ppm being perfect and pure water. The tds meter is a great tool for water filtration, water purification and drinking water. It is also great for checking your tap water quality, or knowing when to change your filters for your water filter systems. Review: Great and simple to use! - This tester works fairly well at just testing how much particulate is in your water. It obviously doesn't tell you whats in the water, but if it tests super low near zero, then you are drinking very clean and most-likely reverse osmosis water. I tested the water all around my work one day and now know which areas are safe for drinking. I let my close friends know which water is safer for drinking and they appreciated that. Some water tested very high, like 200 ppm which is probably full of things that will kill you. I enjoy testing all my water and filters and this tester makes it easy to do.

**Q: What’s the filter life?**
A: Hello, on the ROES-PHUV75 we recommend changing stages 1-3 and every 6-12 months, the pH and UV Bulb once a year,  and the membrane and post carbon filters every 2-4 years. **Q: What kind of water ph levels does this filter produce?**
A: It is about ph9 plus. I tested with a alkaline bottled water that the ph was almost the same.

**Q: I am only getting a cup - 2 cups worth of water before pressure drops very low,  it does not give me 3-5 gallons before slowing down, how can i fix?**
A: Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting APEC. After dispensing 2 cups and pure water pressure slows down, please kindly check if the water storage tank is light or heavy. If it is light, this would indicate there is a possible filter clog due to higher particles in water so replacing the stages 1-3 filters usually take care of this. If the tank is heavy full of water, this would indicate it is a tank issue. We have simple test instructions we can send to determine the actual cause.

**Q: Does this come with/include all filters/UV? filter**
