**Q: Can I use the 8qt bowl with my 6 qt mixer?**
A: Yes, the 8Qt bowl fits mixers with 6Qt bowls, but not the mixers with 5Qt bowls.  We have all 3 mixers, a commercial 8Qt mixer, a Professional 6Qt mixer, and the top 5Qt mixer.  I love having the extra bigger bowl ( I have 2 - 8Qt bowls) when I do multiple batches of dough on my commercial mixer.

**Q: Can i use the 8- quarter bowl in mixter 5 quart?**
A: no. this will only fit 8 quart mixer

**Q: Can this 8 quart metal bowl go on my KitchenAid Professional 600 KP26M1X bowl-lift mixer?**
A: Yes I have a 600 professional and my extra bowl is a 8qt.  I switch back and forth making buttercream  even my whip beater with silicone edge reaches the bottom

**Q: Can this be used on the pro line model to replace a 7 quart bowl?**
A: It should fit.
