Are new wing tips available?** A: Mine were purchased in August 2021 and I've had no issues with them slipping, I've had almost every earbud imaginable and these are the only ones to stay in my ears even while running or eating. Sometimes I forget I have them on. They include more than the average 3 tip size options, plus some also for the ring around the bud. **Q: Can you use the buds independently while the other one charges?** A: Yes **Q: Can you listen to a phone call in both ear buds at the same time.** A: Yes, if you have both in your ears and paired. **Q: Have you fixed the problem everyone is complaining about the upgrade or update of firmware?** A: As of now, there is no widespread firmware issue with the T5 II True Wireless Sport model. As long as the application and your phone are fully updated, and you follow the instructions provided in the app and the Klipsch support articles, you should have no problem performing this update regardless of OS. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the price you pay.. *by V***N on Reviewed in India on 26 March 2021* Picked this unit from Amazon India. First thing is that in India, it's priced way higher than what it costs in the international market. It cost 250 usd outside, whereas we pay close to 400 usd in India. Now despite the huge cost differencr, I went ahead and purchased this unit after seeing a bunch of positive reviews. Unfortunately, after using it for 3-4 days I am returning this product. Primary reasons for the return:1) I have tried all the tips and wings combinations that they have provided and sadly none of them make for a secure fit. This is a sports earbud and I was not able to use it on the treadmill without it falling of a couple of times. Infact, it was coming out even while doing light floor exercises. So, going out on a run outdoors was out of question without risking a breakage or it getting lost during the run.2) there is no way to securely fix the wings on the earphones. It just keeps moving around and slipping off. Causes two issues - a) fit becomes unsecure and the earphones pop out b) interrupts with contacts while popping into the case.. so sometimes it doesn't charge, other times it doesn't turn off when you drop it into the case as the bud does not make contact with the pin... so then you have to adjust the wing and carefully place it back... either case its a pain... and if it does not turn off...it remains connected to the device and runs out of charge.3) transperancy mode is a joke...absolutely nothing happens...I enabled it thru the headphone and thru the app...changed the various intensities...but make no difference... it just doesn't work.4) app connectivity is fairly easy...but many times though it is connected... the app says "not connected".. and when it says its not connected all functions work thru the app...but the battery percentage does not show up... and then you have to disconnect and connect back a few times to get it to work...4) the case is way too big... pretty difficult to put it in the pocket and walk around... you need to put it in a bag...5) connectivity... while generally straight line of sight connectivity was decent... sometime when I kept my phone in my trouser pockets or backpack... i noticed that the connectivity was a bit scrambled...not always...but at times...which was quite strange for a earbud at this price range6) while case looks good...it prone to scratches. And I mean really quick. I was very careful with it and yet I could see a few scratches in a matter of days... sports earbuds are meant for rough use and this case is going to be filled with scratches in no time.Now not everything is bad... there are a few good things too... for one the sound quality is really good. Not very bassy...but good for the size and given that its a small earbud. The earbud size is small and hence when it sits in the ear it doesnt look like its jutting out of the ear unlike some large earbuds in the market. The case is nice looking and ip certified. Comes with a wireless charger.Anyways, I don't see it suiting my needs and at that price range I can't keep it if it doesn't meet my requirement. So returning this thru amazon returns. Thankfully the Amazon rep who attended my call for this return was very patient and helpful. He understood the issue and got an approval for a immediate return. Didn’t expect this from Klipsch *by P***Y on Reviewed in India on 3 August 2022* I was sent a replacement because the original one sent to me was not working. I had to leave my city of residence on a trip and wasn’t able to test out the new piece sent to me within the return window. Now I’m stuck with $400 trash! Can’t even return it to Amazon as it won’t let me. Pathetic one by Klipsch and the fact that I can’t readdress this with Amazon despite it being a high value product is even more pathetic. For anyone considering this, and as someone who operated in the electronics industry I can tell guaranteed that this product is just OEM manufactured by a contract manufacturer in China and just has Klipsch + McLaren branding on it. Nothing is researched or built to their standards as they call it, this was just a rush branded product to capitalise on mclaren and F1 fans. The fact that mclaren let their name be associated with such an inferior product is just super surprising to me. I don’t know how to return this or send it for service but I can already tell that Klipsch has zero customer support. Reading the reviews on the website about this product just reassures me that this is just a brand Stamped Product. No research no quality no materials.
