Delivery times are 10-12 days so it should be there before Dec 15th. **Q: does the print come with framing / matting? Or just the print alone?** A: Just the print but I've found great frames in the $5 range at Walmart. It seems like Amazon, Target, CVS, etc. don't sell frames cheaper than $10.
