I researched the type of non-stick and it's good. I used it for everything! Nothing sticks, cleanup is easy, no stains from overcooking. I love the red heat indicators, they turn pinkish white according to the heat level. So nice, I love the extra handle for serving, I haven't needed it because I have tiny kitchen. I love this product.Packaging was perfect, a strong shrink wrap with large protective foam and cut little yellow cover for the edge of the glass lid. The carbon steel gets a beautiful black color the more you use it the more naturally non stick it becomes. Great for your health since all the diamond pans and hexclad or stone speckled pans may be non stick but are made with a deadly poison called Teflon that is so toxic it will stay in our bones for thousands of years.I love the way it heats up evenly and you can use it on any kind of stove.
