Product Description JENOLITE Plastic Primer Aerosol For use on most types of plastic Jenolite Plastic Primer Aerosol is a specially formulated primer paint, that has fantastic bonding properties to almost all types of plastic including polypropylene, resin, PVC, fibreglass and vinyl plastics. Leave smooth surface ready for topcoat Using a modern acrylic formulation it enables fantastic adhesion to the smoothest of surfaces and provides a very durable finish. Wide range of uses Ideal for use on plastic garden furniture, planters, plastic models, and most other hard plastic surfaces. Benefits High quality plastic primer – prepares plastic for top coating Fantastic bonding properties for hard-to-paint surfaces Developed for interior and exterior use - Ideal for garden furniture Suitable for most types of plastic including polypropylene, resin, PVC, fibreglass and vinyl plastic Simple to use & quick drying Made in Great Britain How to use Prepare the area to be treated, ensuring freedom from dust, grime, greases, oils etc, using an appropriate degreaser. APPLY DIRECTLY TO A COOL SURFACE Shake the can thoroughly for at least two minutes. Repeat shaking at regular intervals during use. Apply sparingly from a distance of 20 – 25cm. Apply typically 2 to 3 coats or as necessary to achieve total and even coverage, leaving 10 – 15 minutes between each application. ALLOW TO DRY Allow at least 30 minutes to dry thoroughly before applying a topcoat. Suitable for use with both water-based & oil-based topcoats. STORAGE & REUSE To prevent blockages, invert the can after use and spray for 2 seconds. This aerosol should be stored out of direct sunlight, in a cool well ventilated place. Consult the safety data sheet before use.

Review: Easy to use, good coverage - After starting a project in which I wanted to paint my plastic engine cover, I quickly realised I needed some plastic specific primer. I got this very last minute and it's worked well. It dried fairly quickly and gave nice coverage. I needed a few coats due to it covering bright red but it did the job nicely. After starting a project in which I wanted to paint my plastic engine cover, I quickly realised I needed some plastic specific primer. I got this very last minute and it's worked well. It dried fairly quickly and gave nice coverage. I needed a few coats due to it covering bright red but it did the job nicely. The engine cover was textured too, however it held on perfectly and I'm very happy with how easy it made the job.
