Instructions that I felt I needed but just was not receiving. As a result, I spent many years searching on my own and wondering why it was that there was such a difference between the Church talked about in the Bible and what I was seeing in different Churches across the country. It was not all bad, just not what it seemed it was supposed to be.After years I realize that the main reason for not getting the help I needed was because the people that I'd asked were reluctant to answer because they really didn't know and the ones that may have known didn't put it quite where I could get it. (In all honesty, It's probably a bit my fault, too)About a third of the way through the book, I know that this was what I had been looking for and needing way back then and I'm so thankful to have it now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loved the book! *by L***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2014* It reminded me that every now and then I should check with God and see if I'm still in sync with Him, in the right place at the right time, as sometimes the daily busyness is such a great help in taking me on a detour. And that one of the main things in my walk with Him is to follow His plans for me and "do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Eph. 2:10), and not my own thing. It's a great book, I recommend it to anyone who has pride or ambition issues, or feels totally insignificant and useless in the Kingdom, or confused, or out of God's will.. Whichever the issue, it's not going to solve the problem for you.. Derek Prince is in my opinion without equal (even years after his death) as a teacher in the body of Christ (and believe me in 26 years of being a Christian I have read a great many christian books). If you want to find out about your calling and why you are here, then reading this book will certain assist you in trying to answer this question. Read this book thru carefully (and pray-fully) and try to digest all of its pages even if it takes you a long time.
