The pump is cast iron and extremely well built. The drive system and tank are solid. I have no complaints which I why I purchased it. Here are the downsides.1) The documentation is scant at best. It covers the basics but not much more.2) The junction box for electrical is a bit cramped. You will sweat a bit getting the wires hooked up.3) The on/off switch is inferior plastic and not well thought out. I can see that giving out but for now, it does the job.4) When delivered the pallet busted apart and the packaging was bubble wrapping. Kind of cheap.5) You can contact Puma for questions but the website is BARE minimum. It's kind of unfortunate. This is clearly a small company.However, as stated before this is extremely well built and solid where it matters. I had no problems setting it up and getting it running and loved the quiet. For a compressor this size, it's really quiet and fills up quite fast compared to my old 20 gal. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Oily Mess *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 23, 2018* Bought this for my husband for Christmas for our new second garage that was just built. Went to take the plastic wrap off and found an oily mess! The entire compressor was soaked in oil which also made oil stains on the new concrete floor. A fitting off the oil reservoir was very loose and they must’ve had it on its side during shipping. Not the end of the world but this first impression wasn’t impressive. Wiped off the vast majority but didn’t have time to really detail it yet. Don’t think it’ll hurt the functionality but if I don’t degrease every inch it’ll be a giant dirt and grime magnet for life. Needless to say it’s not up and running yet. This compressor not only is three times the size but also much quieter then it’s predecessor. Still working through the break in period on this unit but so far we are thoroughly impressed with it.
