I purchased a garage overhead storage rack and had to cut the posts down a few inches because the hanging post’s minimum height was too long. I did my research on the correct blade and this fit the bill.After purchase I spent about 2 hours watching circular saw safety videos to prepare for when the blade came. The saw easily cut through the 1/16 steel and saw no issues, hardly no sparks but alot of tiny chips I had to vacuum up. I took my time and cut about 24 posts down to size.
