So easy to use as they're very fine so create the perfect crisp breading to any meal. I use the airfryer and this and chicken or fish comes out so tasty. If you made someone a meal using this you would not be able to tell its a pork coating. Yes it tastes meatier than normal breading but it tastes SO MUCH BETTER!! Great for low carb and keto as intention.

**Q: How long does it keep for?**
A: Last pouch I got 2 months ago and best before date is December 2021.

**Q: Wheres the list of ingredients? If its just pork and salt it should make that clear rather than me hunting to check**

**Q: Is it pork or chicken? The packaging confuses me.**
A: It is pork as it says on the packet. You use it as you would breadcrumbs to coat chicken. That’s why there’s chicken drumsticks on the packet. But I can confirm it is all pork

**Q: Is it pork fat used for cooking the pork crackling? If it's vegetable oil then it's not for Keto or carnivore. Thanks.**
A: It says pork rind and salt. Pork rind is so fatty it doesn't need anything to cook in. It self-bastes, so to speak. It's 100% Keto I would say
