Review: Poor quality, - As a property manager for 20 years , I've seen and installed hundreds of toilet seats. On a 1 to 10 scale for quality/durability, this model sits on the bottom at 1. All these cushion seats are very lightweight and don't last as long as a wood seat, but this one is amongst the flimsyest I've seen. The most important part (the bolt} is a hard plastic that snaps way to easy. In the pic you can see the shaft thins at the top compared to the replacement bolt that I had to buy. In the second pic, notice how little plastic there is at the bottom of the screwdriver slot. There is a lot of side to side stress on a toilet seat, and the bolts need to be snugged down well. This model is a flop.

It is comfortable and the surface does not peel off as happens with low quality products. However, the parts that attach the seat to the toilet are fragile and one broke in less than a year of use.
