Some furniture companies either have their own products or recommendations on their website. After some back and forth and an offer to rectify the situation, it was determined that the polish, although cracked due to the way Amazon stores it, is still usable and unaffected in how well it works. My review previously was premature it appears. The customer service from the company was very quick and it appears the polish works fine. Perhaps Amazon needs to store their stuff better.That was it when I opened it.
