This is a heavy-duty tool, overall. Well made. Mine is all brass (no rust, no chrome-plating). Highly recommended. BTW, I am NOT a window-washer by trade. Just a home-owner who appreciates good tools. **Q: Is the rubber firm or soft?** A: This squeegee is very good. I have several and have used them for many years. This one has the right rubber and works well. **Q: Is this threaded inside? Will it work with the extender poles?** A: No this item does not have a threaded end. It will work with an "Unger" brand extension pole that has a push button lock clip as part of the pole end attachment. **Q: Are the screws easy to remove? Replace screws? My current squeegee screws are chipped and can’t remove.** A: Only use the squeegee head to clean the shower door so haven't tried removing any screws.
