One is for both genders and has a sign to indicate that. The other has been converted to a storage room and is full of boxes. Occasionally a customer, looking for the restroom, will open that unmarked door and immediately realize that they made a mistake. I bought this sign in order to keep them from having to figure out if that is the right door or not. Since I put it up it has worked perfectly, even with children. It is a simple thing but it helps customers to know which door to open and which not to. The sign is of good quality and installed easily. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some Non-Employees Still Ignore It *by on Reviewed in the United States August 23, 2014* Came as described. While this sign has greatly reduced the instances of non-employees entering, as the sign designates, our employee only area, I have found that it does not have a 100% success rate. I would say that it is effective probably 90%-95% of the time. While this is very good I would really like to approach the 100% mark. Perhaps bolder lettering, or maybe using all capital letters could improve this signs effectiveness. Maybe people are confused because the it shows the figure passing through the door. While I make the assumption that the man on the sign is an employee. Perhaps our customers do not. Changing the graphic to a closed door may help with this. Although, now that I think of it that may cause a problem for our employees. They may no longer be able to pass through the door with an image like that. I suspect that many of them use the pictogram as a sort of instruction set on how to pass through the door. They do seem to have trouble with many seemingly trivial tasks. I think that two figures need to be clearly identified on the sign. One labeled "Employees" showing the little man passing through the door and a second labeled, "not employees" standing in front of the door. Of course we also need to label the area where the non-employee is standing. I wouldn't want my customers misinterpreting the which side of the door they're supposed to stay on. While I am satisified with the sign I do feel that the following could be done to improve it.1. BOLD ALL CAPITAL LETTERS - shows we mean business2. Clearly labeled figures so no one gets confused about their role with this sign3. Perhaps a list of consequences for disobeying the sign. Something like "Forfeiture of all personal property or income."I think the simplest solution may be to just put a sign depicting a pit of rabid dogs on the other side of the door.
