They don't tear out easily and in fact, trying to tear them out, I ended up tearing out the seam in two of them. I do iron them just to get a nice crease but you definitely do not have to iron them.. They come out of the wash and dryer unwrinkled....so I would say yes to your question. **Q: Will these fit into a napkin ring?** A: They fit into my napkin rings. I am currently making flowers out of the napkins using the "twisting stems" that I bought.
