The size chart recommended I order a Large. I read reviews that they were coming in small so I order an XL. Way to small. I had to have my wife help me get this thing off once I did get it on. I was spinning around in circles and trying to catch the corner of the wall to get the shoulders undone. I had the straps at full length and when on it didn't even make it down to my waist and WAY to tight across shoulders.Quality looked good. I am 5' 10", 190 lbs waist 34" but big upper body from lifting weights. Frankly, I don't think even an XXL would fit by how small this one was from what I expected.
