It seems to work. You spread it on the perimeter of the area you are protecting - about a 2 foot band. It turns out to be fanatic fertilizer for grass - in the 2nd year the grass that had the rabbit scram was lush. But, irony, that can be attractive to rabbits! So you have to continue using it to protect the garden year after year - and the resulting lawn is fantastic! **Q: This product didn’t work at all. How do I get my money back? Lost all my blooms in 1 day.** A: I don't know. Perhaps contact the manufacturer via Amazon or package/internet information. **Q: Does this work in the winter?** A: This product did not really work for me after 3 tries. It has really kept the rabbits away. However, this last bag that was delivered with my July subscribe & save did not have the screw on pour spout. It just had a rip top and zip closure which doesn't really close very well. I was very disappointed to see that the screw spout wasn't on this package. I really don't like just a zip closure.
