I tend to have a hard time focusing and my eyes tire as the day goes on.These pills are red in color and do not have a smell a some supplements do. They are easy to swallow and I have not had any bad reactions to them.The main ingredients are Lutein and Zeaxanthin with lycopene. These are known to protect against macular degeneration. It also protects eyes from light exposure and long teeth photo toxicity. The supplement I was getting from the eye doctor was half the pills for twice the money as this supplement. They both contain the same amount of Lutein and Zeaxanthin, which is what helps repair the protective outer layer of the macula. I have been taking this Eye Care Complete for about two weeks and have an eye doctor appointment in a week to have the testing done to see how the protective layer is doing. I will come back after that appointed and update this review to reflect what the test revealed.A little about Lutein and Zeaxanthin: Two of the most important supplements for maintaining good vision and combating age-related visual loss are lutein and zeaxanthin.
