Inner containers are 150ml each ( 3 No.), and are just enough for single person food carry, and is also having 1 bigger 340 ml container. Lids are tight enough to carry moderately thickened curry but not abosulte watery currys. Power cord is included . This tiffin is not suitable for very cold chilly wetahers. Recomended to use in mild to moderate cold weather only

The case heats the food just right for eating, but not piping hot. The covers of the containers are a disappointment. The plastic cover of the long container has cracked after four days of use.
