I think I expected instant gratification but it took a couple of days & now it’s part of my daily routine! Sorry Konsyl the product is easy to drink & you only need 1tsp with 8oz of liquid and the main thing is it does what it’s supposed to do! 2023 - The product must have changed from back in the day. My MD told me to get this years ago which I did and it worked “literally”. My recent purchase did not work at all so to say I was disappointed is an understatement.
