We do use a number of standard bulking agents, as is used widely in the food industry, the purpose of which is to add volume to enable a tablet to be made (otherwise supplements containing several ingredients provided in micronutrients would simply be too small to manufacture). A bulking agent or filler is essentially a ‘carrier’ for the active ingredients. All of our bulking agents are non-toxic and are therefore safe for human consumption. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is, for example, a form of cellulose gum naturally occurring in the cell walls of plants. While these ingredients are primarily used as bulking agents, the cellulose is used as part of our sustained-release formula to delay the release of the active ingredients and increase uptake of the nutrients. Thank the Lord in heaven I found out I have a B vitamin absorption issue. I used to take regular B complex and felt zero difference. So I dismissed B vitamins as irrelevant. This methylated form shoots the MOST energy in me ever, I can only take one!! Running around doing laundry getting shh done. And I have ADHD executive dysfunction!! But make sure you're checking out your other deficiencies for it to work properly, I was also severely deficient in iron. I am getting iron infusions while taking this, and it's pretty blissful honestly. The flood of iron and B vitamins after being deficient so long is making me feel high 😂 this B complex gives me a soothed feeling in my body similar to 🍃. Takes away all my depression and anxiety and feelings of dread in my body, I feel fixed. If this doesn't give you energy or feel different you probably have another deficiency and need to get tests done to find it.
