### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ REALLY REALLY GOOD WORKOUT.

I BOUGHT THIS DVD SO I COULD GET A GOOD WORKOUT AT HOME, WHEN I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE GYM OR GO HIKING. I DON'T HAVE THE BAR. DON'T WANT TO FORK OUT THAT MUCH $$. I USE A BAR STOOL DOWNSTAIRS IN OUR FAMILY ROOM. I HAVE NOT SEEN THE ENTIRE DVD YET...HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THAT FAR...IT'S A TOUGH WORKOUT, AT LEAST FOR ME. I AM 56 AND AM STILL A WORK IN PROCESS, BUT I AM GETTING THERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DVD - AND YOU CAN DO IT WITHOUT THE EXPENSIVE BAR.

If you want to tighten your butt and thighs AND reduce cellulite this is the video for you. I think I've had this for a month and my cellulite is reduced about 50%. I see my butt getting more round as well. I will be buying more fluidity workouts, I'm very happy!

Sold my Fluidity Barre and DVD's due to space constraints, even though I loved it!! But use this DVD on my rebounder with the Balance Barre. Michelle knows how to shape a derriere! So well, that I found myself really missing this workout and repurchased it on Amazon!
