My mother passed away not long ago. If you need something to really help you work through your grief I highly recommend this journal and the companion book. Grief can be so heavy. I’m not entirely through the book and journal yet but so far it’s been indispensable in providing a safe place to discover what I’m going through when I can’t figure out my own feelings; and a sense also of what most other people might also be experiencing as well. It’s really helped me to cope.
