Review: Great earpiece and easy instructions to get them molded - I need to buy another pair because mine fell off after work when I was clocking out. These things are a game changer if your ears get sore and irritated from those other bare bones ear pieces, like mine do. Since it’s moldable, and remold-able, definitely buy these. Less friction and a snug fit. Edit: the 2nd plug (the one with the logo) is meant for the other ear, for isolation if you need to block out the outside world sounds (not optimal in my field of work, but could be useful to someone)

**Q: I have to wear earmuffs wher i work. Will it fit under earmuffs?**
A: Yes they would. I've had mine for a year now. They are re moldable. You soak them it hot water then let them cool and  place them in your ear to mold to your ear shape. If you don't like the way they feel you can re mold them

**Q: These include the canal tips?**
A: There is no tip as the custom molding is meant to seal all the external noise out. It worked well but in a 10 hour shift it started to really hurt my ear. I stopped using it and returned to the canal tip

**Q: My set came without Acoustic Coil Tube and without adaptor for it. Is that expected? Where do I find those?**
A: Yes, it is only a replacement for your current in-ear earpiece. You use the acoustic tube from a previous unit, which usually just comes with an uncomfortable “button” for your ear.

Amazing earpiece. I work in corrections where it can get very loud. These earpieces allow me to hear everything in the dorm but still hear the radio. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works fine but a little uncomfortable for me

I was interested in trying this earpiece because its the only one that offered a 'custom' mold which I was hoping would (a) keep the piece in my ear better and (b) improve sound quality. It was very effective in keeping the piece in my ear, but my ear felt occluded and it definitely impacted my ability to hear surrounding noise. I found I would always turn my head to orient my free ear when talking to people. My biggest issue though was related to comfort. This isn't a cheap earpiece and as others have mentioned the tough thermoplastic material is hard! My ear started feeling sore after a couple hours. I probably could have 'gutted through it' but found other options that were more comfortable. I REALLY wanted to love it, and I don't hate it - in fact I keep in my pocket as a back up, but it isn't my preferred piece. Also, I found it a challenge to mold in my ear. I got it after a few tries but its certainly isn't a thing of beauty! My thumbprint is indelibly marked into the outer aspect where I kept it pushed in while cooling and it looks misshapen, although that's just an aesthetic issue, which doesn't impact sound quality or usability. I didn't find that it increased the sound quality over any of the other ear pieces I had, although that's probably more a function of the headset used. But still, I was hoping that by putting the tube right in my ear it might have increased the perceived volume a bit. Alas, that was not the case. All in all, not a bad choice, but not for me. Would try again if they offered one that used a softer plastic.
