Review: Runs regardless of coat weight, coverage is horrible at best - Purchased this to paint a motor and brake calipers. Paint is insanely thin, it really doesn’t matter how light of coats you try it runs and pools. I was using anodized copper, it basically fades from like yellow at the top to red at the bottom from the runs. Be sure that you also have silver as a base coat. It was more than 30 days before I got to the project or I’d be returning. As it is I’ll probably just be putting the $60-70 down the drain and getting something that actually works.

A: I used it on other paint, just be sure the undercoats are lacquer based

A: Yes, that is the price for one can.

**Q: Hi i have a an older mercedes and was looking for a bright metallic gold to paint my grille. Would yellow anodized pass as gold?**
A: I have not tried this particular color but can say that that this paint is most not likely to be sutiable for automotive finishes because they are not inherently UV stable and will fade and peel over time. With carefull application and regular mainteance it will make an older vehicle look ok for a while.

**Q: Is it better to use this over self-etching primer when painting aluminum?**
A: No this works as a primer I use it over steel , aluminum should be the same

i used the base coat and have hand nothing but issues with getting the orange to come out of the can evenly it s like the color comes and goes and then no madder how light of a coat you put on it runs in blotches
