The pond water is crystal clear. **Q: Is this clarifier compatible with the "simply ponds 3000" pond kit???** A: It will fit a 1.5 hose upto 2 inches. The simply pond kit according to their site use a 1.5 tubing. Yes it can work with that kit. You can place it before or after the pump. Youll find mixed reasons as to why before or after. After installing this in-line UV light, I ran it 24 hours a day for five days with excellent results. I will now reduce the duration to 12 hours a day (the UV light is controlled by a Wi-Fi timer ) to determine the minimal length of time needed to keep the pond clear; I will adjust the duration accordingly.
