Thanks for your interest! the middle sponge area measures 4" x 4". the border all around measures 1" on either side.

A: I don’t know.  Maybe.  They are very sticky so if cut before peeling off the back it might work

**Q: How many layers of gauze in each pad? Other brands have 3 layers.**

These are exactly what I needed to continue my post-op wound care. They are much cheaper than buying at the local level at say cvs where I had to get them before I ordered these. Those were like $10 for 6 and these right here are better quality and stay adhered much better. If your in need of a large wound covering, these are definitely the answer. Plus they don’t seem to leave near as much adhesive residue when removed.
