Problem solved with these silicone freezer containers. After cooking large pots of food, I eat a meal then freeze the rest in these containers. Everything from soups, Carne Guisada, and even Mac & Cheese gets portioned into 1 cup servings and frozen. I then pop the servings out and wrap them in plastic wrap and after a quick wash, my freezer containers are ready to use again. It really cuts down on forgotten leftovers in the fridge that always go bad in the moldiest and grossest ways. Now I can enjoy the various fruits of my cooking for months instead of eating the same thing for a week hoping I can finish food before it must be tossed. These silicon containers have been a real game changer in terms of improvements in my diet and not wasting food. Really good quality and easy to use.
