**Q: Are these suitable for periods too or not so absorbent?**
A: They are very good for incontinence, keeps mum dry all night. I imagine they would work well if you suffer with heavy periods.

**Q: What size is medium**
A: Will fit a size 14 and 16 possibly  but if you are a true 16 then I would go for the large size and ladies wear the green waistband to the rear not the front

**Q: are all these tena pull up incontence pants for women and men?**
A: These ones are for women.You can buy mens as well though.

**Q: How much actual liquid do these pants hold without leaking?**
A: I would say they would hold aresonable amount of liquid.....possibly 2 visits to the loo during the night. I have never had any leakage .
