It was ROUGH getting them on the first time; it took me about ten minutes (including doing a bridge on the floor and squeezing the top part over my hips). I am 5'4 and 145 lbs, thought I would be just fine in the medium. At first I thought I wasn't going to get them on but I was really committed to the cause! Once they were on, they were fantastic, surprisingly comfortable, legs didn't roll up and top didn't roll down. There is a specially made hole in the crotch for bathroom purposes, I tried it but found it to be potentially dangerous/messy. Final opinion- Great product, glad I got it!
