10th Anniversary Edition High performance materials and hardware, we updated your guitar strap with a thin, pad and easy adjustment of the straight and thin front part. The classic retro (RS4) is the small zipper pocket you like that it contains memory cards or other small items. The design keeps the bowl simple and compact, and designed for maximum speed. Review: Excellent camera strap if you're carrying heavy gear - I bought the RS-7 in 2012, and have used it regularly ever since. Most comfortable (and logical and convenient) camera strap I've ever owned. I bought this new RS-4 not to replace it, but so I could have a Black Rapid strap for both of my main cameras (I'd been swapping the RS-7 between bags for the past 5 years). I fully expect this new RS-4 to be as reliable and as comfortable to use as my old strap, and to last just as long--longer, actually, now that I have two of them. If you carry long lenses especially, you will not want to pass on this strap. There are drastically cheaper options on desertcart, but I felt more comfortable shelling out the dough to buy this one because I already know how rugged and reliable they are. Cannot recommend this strap highly enough.

**Q: Will this strap be appropriate to connect to a 200-500 telephoto lens?**
A: I am using it with 200-500 + D500, connected to the lens foot, it works properly, just make sure you tighten up the screw really tight in case it go lose and everything fall apart

**Q: Can this sit over the neck?**
A: Well you can hang it just about anywhere but it's designed as a sling type strap. It wouldn't work very well over the neck.

**Q: Will this work just as efficiently if over right shoulder with camera at left side? thanks**
A: Yes, it is designed to be worn on the right or left shoulder.

**Q: Which is better for a heavy lens?  This or the Sport?**
A: My camera is Canon DSLR along with the canon lens 24-105mm.. So far I have no problem. but if you're concern then go for the sport.

I bought the RS-7 in 2012, and have used it regularly ever since. Most comfortable (and logical and convenient) camera strap I've ever owned. I bought this new RS-4 not to replace it, but so I could have a Black Rapid strap for both of my main cameras (I'd been swapping the RS-7 between bags for the past 5 years). I fully expect this new RS-4 to be as reliable and as comfortable to use as my old strap, and to last just as long--longer, actually, now that I have two of them. If you carry long lenses especially, you will not want to pass on this strap. There are drastically cheaper options on Amazon, but I felt more comfortable shelling out the dough to buy this one because I already know how rugged and reliable they are. Cannot recommend this strap highly enough.
