Gave my design a try, and worked better than I thought. Now, I have a large accessway to get to my oil pan drain valve and oil filter in the same hatch. Plastic push pin body rivets work well to hold it in place. They arrived well packaged and on time. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and end result. It appears that these Kydex panels have many uses.
