It came unattached** A: The hoop is not connected to the handle. Put the net on the hoop. The two ends of the hoop have black plastic on them. One has a screw sticking up, the other a hole where the screw threads through. Connect the two black plastic pieces and then screw the non handle end of the handle on the screw on the hoop. Although I also use cotton nets because they are softer, cotton nets get tangled in underbrush more easily.
