## Overview

The Italeri 6002S French Line Infantry model kit offers 42 finely detailed plastic and metal pieces at a 1:72 scale, capturing the iconic Napoleonic era with authentic Shako headgear, Charleville muskets, and key regiment figures like the drummer and eagle-bearer. Designed for ages 8+, this beginner-friendly kit combines historical accuracy with premium materials, perfect for collectors and hobbyists eager to recreate the grandeur of Napoleon’s Grande Armée.

## Description

The line infantry was the backbone of Napoleon's GRANDE armée. The Shako headgear adopted in 1806, replacing bicorn hats, and the charleville 1777 musket, are the most characteristic elements of French line infantry. The equipment was completed by the briquettes, a sort of infantry short sword. The kit also includes the regiment's drummer and the eagle-bearer carrying the regiment's insignia.
