It has helped stabilize her health and is doing wonders for her. I agree with everyone else here saying the price fluctuates ... it does as do the suppliers. I wish Amazon itself got into selling veterinary supplements like they do for humans.To the reviewer criticizing the use of maltrodexrin in it saying there is no reason for it: you might want to check your facts. Maltrodexrin is a naturally derived sugar alternative that is used to extend the life of prebiotics and probiotics. That is the reason it is in there. The quantity in there is minor in terms of what the pet consumes but vital for the biotics that are there to help the pet.
